France is one of Uber Eats' most important markets globally a top-ranked market worldwide, and Paris is one of the most competitive, food-obsessed, delivery-mature cities on the planet. Delivery platforms have pushed restaurant offerings well beyond fast food into gourmet meals, bakery items, and premium dining and that shift is only accelerating.

As a Sales & Merchant Success Intern, you'll own the commercial relationship with restaurant partners from a live pipeline: running promotional campaigns that move revenue, spotting where partners are underperforming, and turning that analysis into action that drives real ROI. You'll build the instincts of a salesperson, pipeline thinking, conversion, negotiation while developing the relationship depth of an Account Manager. It's the internship where you get to test-drive both careers before you have to pick one.

If you're the kind of student who wants to see your numbers move who gets energy from a target, a deal, a partner won over, this is where you'll get that rep in a market that doesn't sit still.

WHAT YOU’ll DO:

  • Campaign execution (your commercial engine): Build and manage promotional campaigns with merchant partners, optimizing for ROI and incremental revenue growth. You'll own the levers that drive a partner's bottom line and pull them.
  • Funnel analysis (your pipeline discipline): Dig into weekly data to identify where merchants are dropping off or underperforming, then bring structured, sales-ready recommendations to fix it. Excel or Sheets becomes your commercial weapon, not just a task.
  • Cross-functional problem solving (your negotiation muscle): Partner with Sales, Operations, and Support to unblock launches, resolve issues fast, and keep deals moving. You'll see how decisions in one team ripple across a whole marketplace.
  • Menu & offer quality (your conversion eye): Work directly with merchants to craft offers that convert, sharpening the same instincts a great salesperson uses to know what closes.
  • Merchant communication (your relationship pitch): Be the confident, clear voice that turns a partner's hesitation into a signed plan. High volume, real stakes, real commercial impact.

WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT:

You'll build commercial acumen directly relevant to both Sales (pipeline thinking, conversion, partner acquisition, negotiation) and Account Management (relationship building, performance ownership, retention). Whether you're headed toward a quota-carrying sales career, business development, partnerships, or a strategic AM path after graduation, this internship gives you the fluency and the track record to go any direction with real experience behind you.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Currently enrolled in a final-year Masters programme (graduating 2026 or early 2027)
  • Looking for an end of study internship starting 7th September 2026 or 19th October 2026 for 6 months.
  • Native French speaker & Fluent in English
  • Confidence with Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables and basic data manipulation

Even better if you have:

  • A bias toward action: you spot a problem and move, without waiting to be asked
  • Systems thinking: you understand that a delayed merchant onboarding doesn't just affect one partner, it affects the whole marketplace
  • Curiosity about data: SQL knowledge is a plus, but a genuine drive to learn it matters just as much
  • Composure under pressure: when volume spikes or priorities shift, you recalibrate and keep moving
  •
