Student Assistant – Digital Content Optimisation Project
- RSM is launching a large-scale Web Cleanup & Optimisation Project to improve the quality, accuracy and usability of approximately 500 webpages on rsm.nl. We are looking for four motivated student assistants who will audit webpages, identify improvements and implement updates using AI-supported workflows and clearly defined review criteria.
- The project team falls within Digital Projects & Services (DP&S) at RSM. The project is led by a Digital Projects Consultant and supported by the DP&S student assistants. The project runs from 1 September until 31 December 2026 and requires 16 hours per week.
What will you be doing?
- Participate in a project kick-off.
- Attend TYPO3 content management system training sessions.
- Learn how to use advanced AI and AI-agent workflows.
- Join weekly stand-up meetings.
- Audit and score assigned webpages against project criteria.
- Implement content improvements and updates in TYPO3.
- Track progress and collaborate with the team.
What do we need from you?
- Interest in websites, digital content, AI and online marketing.
- Strong critical-thinking, organisational and time-management skills.
- A precise, responsible and collaborative approach to work.
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
- Availability of 16 flexible hours per week and your own laptop. Due to EUR regulations, this means that you need to be a 3rd year Bachelor student, a Premaster student, or a Master student.
Nice-to-have experience
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as TYPO3 or WordPress.
- Experience with AI tools or AI agents.
- Affinity with web, digital marketing or content optimisation.
