At Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM), you will work directly on campaigns, content, and storytelling that reach senior professionals and global organisations.
You won’t just support—you will help shape how we present our programmes, people, and impact.
What you’ll do
✅Content & storytelling (core focus)
- Create and edit content: interviews, articles, and social posts
- Support development of video, podcast, and testimonial content
- Help build content series (e.g. leadership stories, alumni journeys)
- Repurpose content across channels (website, email, LinkedIn)
✅Campaigns & performance
- Support marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Work with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and marketing automation
- Create and optimise lead and registration forms
- Contribute to improving engagement and conversion
✅Visuals & brand
- Design visuals using Adobe Express
- Support updates of website pages and campaign materials
- Help ensure content and visuals reflect a modern, global brand
✅Projects & coordination
- Support photoshoots, recordings, and content production
- Help manage and maintain a content calendar
- Work with marketing, sales, and programme teams

Who you are
✔️ Bachelor or Master student (preferably with a marketing or business-related background)
✔️Fluent in Dutch and English
✔️Strong interest in marketing, content, or storytelling
✔️Proactive, structured, and not afraid to take ownership
✔️Comfortable working independently
✔️ Available for 12 – 16 hours per week
Experience with content creation, video, or design tools is a strong plus.
