About the speed interviews
If you are interested in FactSet and you want to have a one-on-one conversation with one of their recruiters you should subscribe for the Speed Interviews! A Speed Interview will take 20 minutes and it could be your first job/ internship interview with this company. You will elaborate on your skills and motivation and see if they fit with specific internships/ jobs the company has to offer.

Sign up for a 20 minutes speed interview with FactSet. A selection will be made by FactSet based on your CV.
You will hear if you have been selected on Tuesday 25 March at the latest.

Client Solutions Associates are core to FactSet's value proposition and important to promoting product usage and adoption and reducing client cancellations. You will build deep client relationships by developing client-focused processes and solutions, promote high user adoption by implementing product-based workflows, and ensure smooth user onboarding by providing necessary training. Associates gather intelligent product feedback and act as an advocate on behalf of the client to Product Development. What we look for

Client Solutions Associates have a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, client centric mindset, and desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions.

Other Experience:

• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role
• Proficiency at learning and using new technology
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and work on teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree conferred by June of 2025
